*WALE AND SOLANGE SITTIN IN A TREE..... lOL

Heres some excerpts from the *Wale Honey Mag Interview.

“I do love her,” he admits of Solange, flashing a Cheshire. “We’re friends. She’s amazing. She’s a good person. Any single mother contributing to society the way she does – I got a lot of love for them. She’s got to do a lot on her own and raise a young black man in this day and age so my hat goes off to her. She’s definitely an anomaly. And the way she can do that and manage to do the same things that I complain about having to do.”

His affection is as obvious as a set of flushed cheeks. And impossibly adorable. Wale, the former mixtape rapper from inner city DC, is borderline giddy. “Did you interview Solange about me?” Wale asks. He’s sprawled across his bed; head practically buried in the pillow. “Did she smile when you mentioned my name?”

One of my favorite girls Christina Milian recently sat down and dished to MTV News about her upcoming album.

"I'm excited. I'm, like, waiting forever, like, 'When does the single come out?' " she jokingly told MTV News. "I don't even know.

She was even unsure of the title of the album, which she worked on with her real-life love and fiancé, The-Dream.

"It's called Elope right now. Who knows, knowing me — I'm changing constantly," she offered. "But it's called Elope. It's through Interscope records and I did it with The-Dream and Tricky Stewart.

"I'm really excited. It's [about] a young female growing into a woman, and it's very honest. The album's fun, so I'm looking forward to performing it, and putting it out, and it's looking like end of this year, top of next year"

One of my favorite singers , FeFe Dobson recently dished about a couple of things in music even....my wifeyy Rihanna and Jordin Sparks among other things. Check out these snippets from the Honey Magazine interview below. Even though FeFe Dobson isnt as WIDELY known as the other two artist , she still is her own person. If you have followed her career you know that she has went through a real transformation so seeing her now and looking back at when she first started making music video's and such you can tell she has really found her OWN Niche , so her feeling like Rihanna or anybody bit her style is understandeable. ANYWAYY Read below.

"You ask me now, and yes, we are both black but it’s not the same music." says Dobson. "Is Rihanna rock and roll? I don’t know. I mean I think that term is used really loosely. She might have some guitars on her thing but what is that? It doesn’t make it the same music."

"She is supposedly a fan of mine." Dobson replies after Honey question her as to whether Hihanna has bitten her signature style. "I try to take it as a compliment. It gets a little much when she starts getting the same tattoos as me but overall I just want people to separate the image and listen to the music. It’s about the music. Its like Prince and Michael Jackson, totally different artists. Or its like Kanye Westand Jay-Z. So what? They are both black men, they sound different. So they both wear jeans, they are different. "

Fefe also addressed the issue of Jordin Sparks re-recording one of her songs "Don't Let It Go To You Head" for her sophomore album "Battlefield".

"She [Jordin] said really nice things about me to MTV. It was really sweet. It was nice she did more of an urban, R&B version of it. It wasn’t like a rock version or anything. It was a completely different version so I was like ‘OK cool’. She wasn’t trying to carbon copy me."

Chicago's own Lupe Fiasco recently dished about his upcoming album , which features the single "Shining Down" *which is already reaching #93 on the Hot 1oo ; Here is what Fiasco had to sayy

"I feel like, 'cause of my first two albums, that now I have the foundation to just branch off and just do not really crazy [music] or whatever I want, but just make music outside of who I normally make music for," Lupe said of his upcoming album. "I feel like I have my true fans, my hardcore fans down, locked down, and now I can kinda experiment with other types of music and it's really good. It's my favourite album thus far."

Word is.....

Rapper , and Kenyon Martin's boo thang Trina is still unsure about her 5th studio album entitled "Amazin" even though its SUPPOSEDLY due out in September , but im pretty sure due to her uncertainty about the album things WILL change. The "Single Again" rapper said she has worked with such producers and artist as "Drew Sidora, Lady GaGa, Nicki Minaj, Keri Hilson, Shonie, Ludacris, Lyfe Jennings, Rick Ross, Swazy Baby, Pretty Money, and Jagged Edge" for her new album , BUT really is hoping for a collaboration with non other then the Queen Bee herself LIL'KIM , and even had a song she thought would be perfect for her.!
Here's an update to the Omarion/Yung Money story ; "O" just released an official statement through Marques Houston's blog check it out.

“I have a lot of respect and admiration for the genius of Lil ‘Wayne and the entire Young Money family. I asked to be released from the label to pursue other opportunities that were recently presented to me. Because of our relationship, Lil’ Wayne had no issue with us ending our business relationship and released me from the label. Lil’ Wayne and I have nothing but love for each other, there is no Beef. I also wanted to make it clear that my company nor did I, leak the song, “I Get It In” and I want to dispel any rumors that have surfaced. I appreciate my relationship with Young Money/ Cash Money and look forward to doing business in the future.

There will be a major announcement regarding my career and my new album, “Ollusion” coming next week. Stay tuned…” –Omarion

Just incase you aren't aware , Drake has been at war with the
President of Universal Motown[Sylvia Rhone] for him being FORCED to release his album , through them . He even went as far as to publicly attack her , in a interview in Fader magazine as well as from a song from his mixtape. Well Drake has come to his sense's and decided to apologize . Here is a recent interview with MTV News.

“I can definitely say for me, for furthering the negativity, I can definitely say I apologize,” Drake told MTV News. “I don’t know her personally to discredit her character. It’s not the right thing to do.”

“There’s a lot of people with schedules beyond the average person’s comprehension,” Drake said. “And at times they prioritize. And a new artist that has made this long journey [to meet] from another country, they may not be their biggest priority, so they may get pushed to the side. The situation, I don’t want to get into too many details. It was basically [me] feeling trapped. I was courted by somebody and then they just axed everything. I was stuck. They disappeared. And I couldn’t find anybody to talk to about the situation. And then to meet again a year later and to have this person forget they ever met me and say that I should go meet at their office so we can talk about signing me. I was kind of in one of those moments like, For real? [But] everybody has those moments where things aren’t gonna go perfect.”

“I was looking for an opportunity recently to apologize for how vicious I’ve been,” he said. “Not to say I negate my feelings — I still feel strongly about it. But I’m a person that usually handles things with much more tact.”

My favorite Super Producer , THE DREAM , dished on a few things

-Mariah Carey .
Of course she can,” The Dream enthuses. “She moves around a lot and when your schedule’s like that, it’s not easy. We barely even had time to get in the studio as much as we did because both of our schedules were crazy. I don’t know how she sings as well as she does, considering how much she moves around.”

-His fiance , Christina Milian her.
“There have actually been a lot of situations when I’ve gone out the back door of stores to try and avoid the media attention,” he laughs. “We don’t call the media to tell them to come and take pictures of us or anything like that! I don’t understand why some people do that!”

-His ex wife , Nivea.
"Nivea is still a good friend of mine and she’s a good friend of Christina as well."

My love Lady GaGa recently shared her feelings on her 9VMANOMINATIONS
-did you know she is tied with Beyonce with the most nominations

"So excited! I can't believe it," she told reporters in Seoul, South Korea, where she was in town for her Fame Ball tour."I'm delighted to be in Beyoncé's company, and I can't wait to go to the awards show and hopefully kick some ass."

.and her upcoming tour with none other then Kanye West.

"It's been fun to work on the design of the tour with him. We're finishing each other's sentences," she said about the guy she once joked she was married to. "It's going to be one of the most groundbreaking moments in touring history. I am sure of it."
Ashanti recently did an interview were she dished on her new album.

"I'm so excited!" she gushed "I'm about to fly out to L.A. I have so many amazing meetings lined up. I can't wait to get out there and get into the studio. I have so many amazing concepts, I'm really really really happy".

"Again [I'll be] taking full control conceptually, new ideas. I've been through so much in these past four years, and music has changed so much, the industry is completely different, so you have to kinda reinvent".
Robin Antin , the creater of the Pussycat Dolls had this to say about the groups direction among OTHER things;
“Not right now." she says about Nicole's solo album "We’re first doing album number three with the Pussycat dolls and there was this whole thing that the Pussycat Dolls are breaking up. Here’s the whole thing: and I twittered this, if the Pussycat Dolls are breaking up, you’re going to hear it from me because its my group and I am the one that says their breaking up…they’re not breaking up, the truth is the Pussycat Dolls is a brand."

“Nicole obviously is our lead singer, we’ll go into the studio and begin recording and some of the other girls will also be recording. Nicole will end up doing her solo thing at some point but it’s not right now.”

“I understand that all the girls want to be seen and heard, and I understand that everyone is here to be your best and achieve your goal of what you’ve been working on your whole life.”

-Speaking about Melody Thornton speaking up at a recent concert youtube video found below article .
“Her choice of words I think were probably not completely right in terms of the messages she was trying to get out there. I understand what she was trying to say—all the girls will always try to say something and try to put it in the best possible way as they can. Sometimes it will be taken in another way.”

“I am supportive of all of them and how they feel and what they want, but on the other hand, there’s a reason why Nicole Scherzinger is our lead singer. She is literally one of the most incredible singers and performers that I’ve ever known. She works so hard and practices 24/7, and she takes her dance classes. She works on her voice 24/7, and that’s what it takes to be a star. If you want it and want it that bad, you have to work that hard.”

DAMN did she show whose in charge in this interview , i mean there's nothing more that can go on with this group. Its been made clear that the members of the group are not happy , so why make them stay somewhere they DONT want to be... its just not right , if something is over , its over , you cant MAKE something work. No matter how hard you tryy.

Its so weird that i found this article because i surely no more then 5mins ago was thinking about Nicki Minaj , like i do everydayy , i love this bitchh .ANYWAAAY , lol . Nicki was dishing on her album , and the route she wants it to go . So read this .

"As of right now as far as producers I have a lot of up and coming producers and I’m not big on big name producers,"she says "although I’d love to work with will.i.am. As far as artists go you know I just don’t know at this point I love people like Natasha Bedingfield, I love her singing voice and Amy Winehouse’s singing voice and I’d like to gear my album probably towards pop so probably if anything I’ll have a lot of those type of features on it.

"But not too much rap because I am a rap girl and thats what I do and I don’t think I need to have many different rappers on my album. My mixtapes have been you know inundated with features. and people need to know who Nicki Minaj is now."

I will support Nicki no matter what she does with the album , cuz she is just a geniunly awesome person. She is catchy , and is just an awesome artist , and entertainer so im sure if she decides to do the whole pop rap album it will be big. Even though i will miss the dirty filthy lines she be havin.

on a side notee-
While she has gotten suprisingly big over the past 2 years , i just wish she would get a tad bit more attention. She is apart of Yung Money too ; lOl , i want to see my wife in some video's please.!!

Timbaland is getting geared for his Shock Value:2 Album . Shock Value one was a MAJOR hit with such songs as Apologize and Give it to me being some of the more larger titles from the album. Shock Value pushed the envelope on what music was , and im sure SV2 will do nothing but the same. Timbaland had this to sayy about his upcoming album and hopeful colaboration with Taylor Swift :

“I love her voice. I just think me and her can do something amazing," he said "I'll make it happen".

“It would have a country swing, but just a little bit of me. I know how to do that real good.”

Jay'Z sat down to discuss his artwork for "The BluePrint3" Read it below.

"These things are like the forgotten pieces in hip-hop," Hov said in an interview. "It's still about music. It's not about radio, making gimmicks -- it's still about making music. Those things are piled in the corner. These are the forgotten things about music...The three stripes that everybody is asking about is made from the original [number] three. The first three they made on the wall was someone carving. If you look at [the number] three, all they did was connect lines. The whole thing about this album, how I approached it, is that I wanted to make a new classic to start that all over again -- to go back to making classic albums like the ones we grew up listening to."
Everyone's favorite rapper , Kid Cudi recently did an interview which he addressed the CURRENT state of hip hop Read and watchh below.

It's not even the music, I just don't like the judgemental side (of Hip-Hop). Hip-Hop is one of the most judgemental genre's in music, ever. It's not just based around the music in Hip-Hop, that's like 1% of it. It's about how you dress, how fly you are, and all that crap, and then it's like "yeah you're music sucks". Yeah you got the freshest outfit on, you got a lot of jewellery coz you sold a lot of ringtones, but your jewellery is probably light as a feather coz it isn't real anyway."

'That's why when you see me I keep it simple," he continued"I don't want people to get lost in the wrong things. Forget about how I dress, talk about how awesome my album is".

"I'm definitely one of the top 5 artists right now saying something important in mainstream music right now" he continued "We're infecting peoples brains with knowledge and we're hitting em with some real serious scenario's, stuff that I've dealt with, that millions of people across the world can relate to. My album is a confessional on a whole nother level. A whole lot of new artists are coming out now likeWalé and Bobby Ray (BoB) I think we're all gonna push the envelope of creativity and I think it's gonna spark a whole new movement."

One of my favorite rappers and complex minds , Kid Cudi , recently did an interview for "COMPLEX" magazine i suggest you all read some of the excerpts from it below.

Pic.3

"There need to be songs that females can connect with, because I love all women." says Cudi "Not like the average dude that loves women ’cause they like to fuck; I just love women as a whole. I love them, not just the fact that they have vaginas."

"My biggest fear is getting wrapped up in the illusion of fame and Hollywood and shit like that. Getting wrapped up in the worldly things like drugs and the excitement of being famous. I have a vulnerable enough past that it could propel me into that world. I don’t want to be caught up in it. I want to do something while I’m here. This is hell."

"Most of my groupies are spawns of the devil. [Laughs.] They’re there to take me off track and fuck up my purpose. It’s like the dark side is trying to pull me in. Who wouldn’tlike a bunch of hot-ass bitches saying, “Hey, we all wanna fuck you right now!”? [Laughs.] But you have to realize that it’s an illusion, that you can get caught up, turn into a person that you never knew you could be—and I don’t wanna be that dude."

"I was always the ugly duckling; I never got attention from girls like that. So now that it’s happening, I’m kind of hip to it. I know half of these bitches wouldn’t be talking to me if I wasn’t Kid Cudi, and I’m not no fool, you know what I’m saying? I wasn’t born yesterday."

Kanye address the MJ quote:

“I WAS JUST LISTENING TO WENDY WILLIAMS AND HEARD SOME QUOTE ABOUT ME SAYING I’M THE NEW KING OF POP. NOT ONLY DID I NOT SAY THAT, I HAVEN’T SAID ANYTHING. IT MAKES ME FEEL BAD THAT OBVIOUSLY I MADE PEOPLE FEEL THAT I WOULD BE CORNY ENOUGH TO SAY SOMETHING SO WHACK AFTER THE PASSING OF AN IDOL, A LEGEND AND MORE THAN THAT A HUMAN BEING WITH FEELINGS AND FAMILY. IT SCARES ME TO THINK WHAT PEOPLE WILL BELIEVE, WITHOUT EVEN A SOURCE. ANY RANDOM PERSON CAN TYPE SOMETHING ON THE INTERNET AND THEN THE WORLD BELIEVES IT. I DON’T TALK TO PRESS OR DO TV OR DO PROMOTIONS OF ANY SORT. I’VE STOPPED CHASING AND BUYING INTO FAME. FAME IS LIKE CIGARETTES WITH NO SURGEON GENERAL WARNING. IT DESTROYS MOST PEOPLE AS IT DID TO THE TRUE AND ONLY KING OF POP. WE EXPLOIT OURSELVES AND EAT OUR OWN EGOS ‘TILL THERE IS NOTHING LEFT. I HAVE A FEELING THAT THIS WON’T BE THE LAST FALSE STATEMENT WITH MY NAME ON IT, BUT THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME I DEFEND MYSELF. I’M DONE.”

Drake dishes on his "Best You Ever Had" video .

"If you listen to the song, I'm not saying the most graceful thing in the world. It's not the most heartfelt song," Drizzy continued. "I say some pretty wild things in regards to women in the actual song. When me and Kanye were in the studio working on a song for Big Sean, we were talking about it. We saw a comedic element to it. I felt that the climate in the world right now, everything in the world is so serious all the time, my life is serious, I just wanted to laugh, instead of taking myself too serious as the heartthrob and walking hand-in-hand into the movies and taking my shirt off. I felt it's not that time for me yet. Or maybe never. I'm a very multifaceted person. One thing I told 'Ye is, 'I really want to act. I want to act in this video.' "

"I guess one thing I didn't consider is what the song personally means to a lot of women," Drake said. "To those women, I apologize. I do apologize. My intention wasn't to put anyone down. It was to make them laugh. I wanted people to see something visually different."
